Founded by Steven Colclough in 1983, Colclough Construction specializes in high-end custom home building and remodeling. Since the beginning, our company’s unyielding commitment to producing superior quality construction, no matter the size, location or budget, remains firm.
We are a fully licensed and insured general contracting company that will manage your project from ground break to the final punch list. Our employees and subcontractors are chosen based on their expertise, pride in workmanship and professionalism. We work with tradesmen who share our philosophy that customer satisfaction is the number one priority and that every detail matters.
We believe that open, honest communication and partnership with our clients and their architects are key elements to our success.
With hundreds of renovations and custom homes completed, including many ocean-front properties on the South Shore, Colclough Construction has collaborated with an array of architects and has proven experience with diverse building designs and landscapes.
