“Our Duxbury home was truly a labor of love.  Taking the 150-year-old wing of the Standish Hotel and moving it, excavating a new foundation, saving the bones and architectural details of the old structure, and recreating a beautiful new home was quite a feat!  We are forever grateful for Colclough Construction and their never wavering pursuit of quality and craftsmanship throughout the journey.  Steven and Matt were terrific communicators, timeline managers, and professionals tackling any of the unexpected challenges inevitable in an old house remodel.  Every subcontractor on the job was a true craftsman and a pleasure to work with as well.  We could not be happier with the final product.  It is a privilege to live in the “Standish Hotel” for its next chapter of memories.”
